The subscriptions or paid Services may be on auto renewal mode unless cancelled. If at any point you do not wish to auto-renew your subscription, you may cancel your subscription before the end of the subscription term.

IV.Terms Of Agreement.

It is mandatory for every customer to pay a registration fee of Rs 2000, to find the property. The search for the property will start after the payment of the registration fees is confirmed. Within the next seven days, all the properties that are available according to the requirements of the customer will be displayed. If the customer does not like any of those properties, for the next seven days only livelyhhomes will start searching for properties at another location (suggested by the customer) and will search for full properties (according to the customer's requirements) above the location and if the customer does not like it, The customer will have to pay the registration fees and fill the registration form again related to property search at another location Then livelyhomes will start searching for properties again (according to the customer's requirements).

If the customer likes a property, he (customer) wants to take that property on rent, then that customer has to pay livelyhomespune.com 15 days rent as a commission/brokerage to livelyhomespune.com

Livelyhomespune.com will not have any relationship with the owner or tenant once the contract has been completed.

V.Refund Policy.

If the customer does not like any of the properties shown to the customer within seven days and on the eighth day the customer (meets another property at the location specified by the customer) then 50% of the registration fee amount will be refunded to him.
